Q: Do you have a return policy?
Yes! We guarantee every design we sell for 60 days after the purchase date, and will honor exchanges thereafter. There is a 15% restocking fee on exchanges made after 60 days. All items must be returned in the original box. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping.
Q: Do your products have a warrantee?
Absolutely! Glassmasters backs each of their creations with a Life Time Warrantee against chipping, fading or peeling of the enamels.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and e-checks through PayPal (preferred method of payment), as well as money orders and cashier's checks. We cannot accept personal checks.
Q: How do I place an order if I prefer to mail my payment?
Simple! Just click the link at the bottom of any page to send me email and include the item(s) number and title.
Q: What about shipping charges?
We ship via UPS Ground. We only accept orders to be shipped within the contiguous 48 US states. S&H will be added when you check out. Insurance is required and is included on packages valued under $100 -- an additional fee will apply for values over this amount. We charge shipping based on a flat rate determined by the price of the item(s), and in many cases, you will be issued a partial refund on shipping charges!
Q: Why don't you use the US Postal Service to ship?
Because USPS will not insure glass items.
Q: How soon after I place my order can I expect it to ship?
If the item(s) you wish to purchase are in stock, we guarantee shipment of your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except on weekends and official US government holidays. Email us to check item availability.
Q: What if I need delivery in a hurry?
At your request, we can ship via UPS 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Q: Are your items made with multiple joined pieces of glass?
Unless otherwise stated, all of our stained glass panels are made with a single piece of European cathedral glass to which translucent enamels are hand-applied. From time to time, we will carry the copper-foiled pieces. As always, our lamps are made with multiple pieces of glass which are assembled using the copper-foil technique perfected by L.C. Tiffany.
